The rolling hills of Missouri come to life in the imagination of Bryan Haynes, illuminating moments in times past. Drawing on the legacy of Regionalist painters, Thomas Hart Benton and Grant Wood, he continues the narrative into the twenty-first century. His commercial work has graced the pages of national magazines, international advertising campaigns, CD covers, posters and book covers from Agatha Christie to the cover of ''Scarlett'', the sequel to ''Gone with the Wind.'' He is a graduate of the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California. His patrons include Disney, Estee Lauder, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, IBM, Nike, and Sony. His awards include the Society of Illustrators-New York, Print Magazine Awards, Communication Arts Awards, and Graphis-Switzerland.
In recent years Bryan has also distinguished himself as an accomplished muralist, completing murals for the Kauffman Foundation, Missouri Botanical Garden, Fidelity Bank and Kansas City Southern Railroad to name a few.
