“Chatter” is simply whatever comes to mind that I’d like to share with you.
It could be just writing about art in general. It could be writing about something new and exciting upcoming at the gallery or maybe just reminiscing about a special artist. Or, it could be sharing the news about the latest awards, projects or accomplishments of the gallery artists. Who knows!
I hope this column will be interesting and informative for our website visitors. Your comments and ideas are always welcome.

Entries are submitted from artists representing all 50 states and the U.S. territories. Nearly $40,000 in cash, merchandise, patron and museum purchase awards are given.
The 50th anniversary of Watercolor USA is open from June 11th through August 7th at the Springfield Art Museum, 1111 E. Brookside Drive, Springfield, Missouri.

Since the mid 1990's Marlin has worked almost exclusively in watercolors, doing paintings for both galleries and private commissions.
